No one in India had ever turned a used food and beverage carton into a pair of sunglasses. Now it exists, and you can wear it. The frames are injection-moulded from PolyAl recovered from Tetra Pak cartons at 120°C - not burned - with UV400 polarised lenses.

Used food and beverage cartons are gathered from waste-picker partner cooperatives - with paid, transparent rate cards at the source.
Separated
Manual sorting splits the paper, polymer and aluminium layers. No incineration, no landfill, no shortcuts.
Recovered
Our patented VerdiCycle process recovers the polymer at 120°C - no burning - turning the PolyAl into VerdiFLX pellets.
Moulded
The pellets are injection-moulded into your sunglass frames on conventional tooling, then fitted with UV400 polarised lenses.
