In a world with abundant plastic waste, the eyewear industry has long been part of the problem. Multi-layered plastic (MLP) packaging, once considered “impossible-to-recycle,” fills our landfills and oceans.
At Without, we’ve turned this challenge into an opportunity. We’ve created the world’s first eyewear made from MLP waste, offering your customers style with a clear conscience. Every step of the supply chain is designed to give wastepickers a better standard of living.
Our base material VerdiFLX is made entirely from ‘unrecyclable’ MLP. Locally sourced with no virgin plastic whatsoever. It also has a lower carbon footprint than traditionally used virgin plastic materials.
