We upskill and formalize waste-pickers into our supply chain with dignified work, where they see an average income increase of 2x while receiving benefits like health insurance, flexible work-hours and a weekend.
We currently source our waste directly from a local waste-picker collective at premium, providing them with additional income.
Frames made from “impossible-to-recycle” plastic waste like packets of chips, of which less than 1% is recycled globally.
