The real gap: Commercial rPP solves the compliance box but fails on property performance for visible or structural parts. VerdiFLX B50A meets automotive spec on its own - from a feedstock currently being burned in cement kilns. EU CSDDD and the EU Green Claims Directive are tightening the screws on mass balance claims. Physical traceability is becoming the new minimum.

In 2024, Volvo CampX selected Without® for a proof-of-value programme to evaluate VerdiFLX for automotive interior and structural applications. Volvo's protocol runs three loops: material characterisation, moulding trials, and in-vehicle performance testing.
