At Without®, he brings deep scientific insight to our R&D efforts, helping us develop novel, impactful approaches to circularity.

Saiyam Dobhal

Saiyam holds a Master’s degree in Polymer Science from CIPET Ahmedabad and is currently pursuing his PhD from IIT Hyderabad. With a strong academic grounding in materials science, he brings analytical rigour and curiosity to the team’s work on plastics and sustainability. At Without®, he supports research and development with a deep focus on polymer behaviour and performance.

Rajesh has a Master's in Analytical Chemistry, and loves the subject. He is also passionate about Ayurveda and medicine, and sometimes plays the role of doctor for the team. At Without®, he supports our research and development on recycled materials.

Midhun has a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering. He has a keen interest in polymer and material science which he developed during his time as an intern at ISRO. He is a movie buff and you can often find his film reviews on Letterboxd. At Without®, he works as a Research & Development Engineer, supporting research and development.

Ravindra is a consultant at Without® and brings over 15 years of experience across the chemical, specialty chemical, agrochemical, pharmaceutical, and fragrance industries, with expertise in process and plant design for greenfield and brownfield projects. He also brings experience in process development and optimisation, yield improvement, BCT reduction, cost improvement, and process safety projects. Outside of work, he enjoys travelling and cooking.

Computational Chemistry Consultant

Sandeep is a computational chemist and machine learning researcher. He holds an MSc in Chemistry from IIT Guwahati and a PhD from SRM-IST, with experience in molecular dynamics simulations, QSAR modelling, and electrochemical sensing. At Without®, he works on GPU-accelerated molecular dynamics simulations for studying polymer chain dynamics and material interactions at the atomistic level, and develops ML models for SAR analysis and material property predictions.
