Durable Home and Garden products made from multilayered plastic and mixed textile waste: packets of chips and sachets, less than 1% of which is recycled anywhere in the world.
01 · Injection moulded
Injection moulded, smooth matte surface, drainage hole included, and embossable with your logo. Built for nurseries and garden brands who need the same pot every time, at volume. See how Ugaoo made planter pots as green as the plants in them.
02 · Compression moulded
Made from the residual multilayer material left after we extract the polyolefins, so the hardest fraction of the waste stream becomes a product instead of a disposal cost. Independently tested to IS 13630 and UL-94.
03 · Blow moulded
Blow moulded from our fully recycled grade. Ergonomic grip, precision flow control, and 300% elongation at break, comparable to virgin HDPE, which is what stops a squeezed bottle splitting at the shoulder.
04 · Made to your spec
Seed trays, plant labels, propagation trays, hanging planters. If the component you need is not in the catalogue, we develop it: one material, and the moulding process you already use.
05 · Pilot stage
Recycled polyester yarn, polymerised from terephthalic acid we recover from torn, soiled, mixed textile waste. It matches virgin PET chemistry so you can spin it on virgin polyester equipment with no process re-tuning.
And it's dope-dyed for fade-resistant outdoor colours.

The material
Ten cycles against two to three for standard recycled plastic. Replicated three times in our own lab; independent validation is in progress.

Yes, custom colours are possible. Because we work with recycled feedstock, some natural variation can occur, and certain shades are easier to match consistently than others. Share your brand colour or reference and our team will assess the best route.
Yes. Customisation depends on the product, but as a B2B partner, we believe white-labelling should be built in. Depending on the application, we can explore your logo, colour, QR-linked traceability and other brand-specific details.

In many cases, yes. VerdiFLX is designed to run on conventional injection, blow and roto-moulding equipment. We still recommend a material trial against your specific product, machine and performance requirements before moving to production.
Depending on the material grade and application, our Home & Garden products contain approximately 70 to 100% recycled content, primarily recovered from hard-to-recycle post-consumer waste such as multilayer packaging.
We physically track the waste through processing, pellet production and finished-product manufacturing. Batch-level documentation and QR-linked traceability can be provided, so the impact story is tied to the actual material rather than only a mass-balance claim.
Yes. New Product Development is a core part of how we work. Our in-house design team can start with an idea, reference or rough brief and help bring it to life, from material and product design through prototyping and manufacturing. Think of us as a one-stop development partner for building something genuinely distinctive.
It depends on the design, complexity, starting stage, mould requirements, testing and validation. As a broad guide, a well-scoped development can take around 3 to 9 months. We define the timeline once we understand the brief.
What makes VerdiFLX different is that it is engineered for repeated reprocessing. Its recyclability-focused formulation is covered within our patent portfolio, and testing has demonstrated strong mechanical integrity through up to 10 consecutive thermal reprocessing cycles. Where practical, we can also explore closed-loop or take-back pathways with partners.
VerdiFLO is currently at pilot stage rather than full commercial scale. If you are developing an outdoor textile application, we can start the conversation now and assess whether it makes sense as an early development partnership.
No. The current material is approximately 70% recycled by input mass. We would rather be precise about that than make a broader recycled-content claim.
We currently offer planter sizes ranging from 4 inches to 15 inches. If you need a different size, shape or design, we can also develop custom options through our New Product Development process.
