High-Quality Construction Composite

VerdiMIX™: Composites made from the waste behind the waste

Rot-resistant, water-resistant and flame-retardant composites made from the residuals in our process. It turns the last 10% of our waste stream into a premium surface you can build on.

The process

Most "circular" recyclers leave 30-40% on the floor

Every recycling process makes residuals, the fraction too contaminated, too mixed, too impossible for anything else. Most of it gets landfilled, incinerated, or quietly downcycled into the cheapest filler available.

VerdiMIX™ is what our residuals become. The polyolefins go to VerdiFLX, the PET to VerdiPTA, and everything left goes here. It is the reason a Without® plant sends nothing out the back door.

~65% polyolefins out, as VerdiFLX.
~25% PET out, as VerdiPTA.
~10% residual out, as VerdiMIX. Nothing landfilled.

Head to head

VerdiMIX™ vs. wood-plastic composites

The wood in wood-plastic composites drinks water. VerdiMIX™ doesn't.

We are behind WPC on flexural strength and ahead of it on everything moisture touches. For a surface that lives outdoors, that's a trade worth making.

What it is

Composite by design: Premium by performance

01

Effectively waterproof

0.04% water absorption at 24 hours, against 0.7-2% for WPC. It does not swell, and it does not lose stiffness when wet.

02

Self-extinguishing

Rated V1 under UL-94. Independently tested, alongside IS 13630 for tiles.

03

Nothing to rot

No wood fraction, so nothing for rot, mould or insects to work on, the failure mode that eventually gets most composite decking.

04

~85% recycled

Including 20% mixed textiles, blended with recovered industrial by-products. Feedstock with no alternative use whatsoever.

05

Tunable, not utility grey

Black, brown and red today, with texture and pattern engineered in rather than printed on.

06

At price parity

Against $3-10/kg export composite. The margin comes from the feedstock costing nothing, not from a premium.

In place

Where it actually goes down

Interlocking tiles and planks that lay over an existing surface. No adhesive, no screed, and they come up again if the surface underneath needs attention.

Balcony or garden · 3:2
Balconies, terraces, gardens Outdoors, where water decides everything Rooftops, poolside, balconies and patios. The fraction that ruins a wood-plastic deck, rain, standing water, damp underneath, is the fraction VerdiMIX™ does not have.
Industrial · 3:2
Industrial and commercial Walkways, yards and back-of-house Plant walkways, loading areas, utility runs and washdown zones. Flame retardant, unaffected by damp, and it lifts for access rather than being cut out.

Before you ask

What an architect asks first

Can I specify it on a commercial project?

Yes, for VERDiTILES. Full material data sheet and impact documentation available, in 590 × 590mm and 300 × 300mm formats, for low to moderate traffic.

How does it handle freeze-thaw?

0.04% water absorption is the reason it holds up. Almost nothing gets in, so there is almost nothing to freeze and expand.

Is it fire rated?

V1 self-extinguishing under UL-94. For a specific building code requirement, send it to us and we will tell you plainly whether we clear it.

What about the planks and furniture?

In development, not validated. If you want to co-develop a format, the spec stage is when to talk. Custom pipelines move faster when we design in from the start.

Can it be recycled at end of life?

Not indefinitely, and we will not claim it can. It is a 30 to 50 year diversion for material that had no other route.

What colours?

Black, brown and red today. Texture and pattern are engineered into the material rather than applied to the surface, so they do not wear off.

Curious about VerdiMIX™?

We work with architects, interior designers, developers and procurement teams who prefer recommending materials they believe in. If that's you, let's talk.
