Social Media Associate

You will not be scheduling posts. You will be telling the story of one of the most interesting companies being built in India right now (or at least we think so, we could be wrong).

We make sunglasses from chip packets. Shampoo bottles from sachets. We run a lab with 3,000+ experiments and counting. We have a scientist finishing his PhD at IIT while compounding plastic in our factory. We have a former waste-picker who now owns stock in the company she works for.

This is genuinely wild. And our social media should feel like it.

We are looking for a fresher. Someone sharp, curious, and hungry. Someone who will follow us around, capture the chaos, and show the world that building something real can be fun, messy, and absolutely worth watching. You are not a content scheduler or a caption writer. You are our storyteller – in the room, physically, wherever things are happening, turning it into something people want to watch.

The 11pm breakthrough in the lab. The first bottle that came out right after thirty attempts. The moment a waste-picker sees their name on a product being sold worldwide. That is the content. It is already happening. We just need someone to catch it.

The best thing about this company is what happens when the cameras are not on. Your job is to make sure the cameras are always on.

You can pick up a phone, find the story in a room, and make something worth watching. Instinct matters more than equipment.

Writing

You write with personality. You know the difference between punchy and flippant, and between warm and cringe.

Platform fluency

You are native to Instagram and LinkedIn. You understand what works on each and why.

Speed and ownership

You capture, edit, post, and iterate. Fast.

Genuine curiosity

You should find what we do actually interesting. If recycling, materials science, and deep tech bore you, this is not the role.

Location

Pune, India. This is not a remote role.

You notice things. The small moments. The expressions. The detail that makes a photo feel real instead of staged.

You write like a human. Not like a brand. Like someone genuinely excited about what they just saw.

You move fast without getting sloppy. You have the instinct to capture first and perfect later, and the taste to know the difference between “rough and real” and “just bad.”

You are not precious about the brief. Sometimes the brief is a voice note. Sometimes it is “something happened, just go.” You figure it out.

You actually care. Not because sustainability is trending. Because you find it genuinely fascinating that a chip packet can become a pair of sunglasses – and you want everyone else to find it fascinating too.

  • An annual Cost-to-Company (CTC) between INR 4-6 Lakhs.

  • Stock Options (ESOPS) in the legal entity that vests over an agreed-to tenure.

  • A 3-month mutual incubation period. Both you and we will have the option to end the agreement after three months if it isn’t working out.

  • We provide benefits such as health insurance, flexible work hours (including unmonitored vacation) and Provident Fund contributions.

  • We believe in keeping the organisational structure as flat as possible, where nobody really reports to anybody, but instead, we try and hold each other accountable for outcomes and processes.
