We have built the technology. We have proven the early model. Now we are looking for a Growth Associate to help turn momentum into measurable business outcomes.
This role is about helping more brands adopt better materials and products. It is about building relationships, supporting category sales, moving deals forward and helping convert interest into revenue.
This is not a slow, comfortable 9-to-5.
It is fast. Messy. Ambitious. Urgent.
You will work closely with the Growth Manager to support and grow category sales end-to-end, from lead generation and outreach to client conversations, follow-ups, deal movement and account coordination.

• Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, growth, partnerships, account management, or a similar role. Strong freshers may also apply.
• Communication: Excellent spoken and written English. You should be able to write sharp emails, speak confidently on calls and communicate professionally with external stakeholders.
• Commercial interest: A strong interest in B2B sales, relationship-building and commercial execution.
• Ownership: You do not wait to be told every next step. You take initiative and move things forward.
• Hustle and follow-through: You are persistent, responsive and naturally inclined to push leads, conversations and tasks towards closure.
• Comfort with ambiguity: You can operate in speed, uncertainty and a start-up environment without getting stuck.
• Organisation: You can manage multiple leads, conversations and tasks without dropping the ball.
• AI and systems curiosity: You are curious about using AI tools, CRMs, automation, research tools and digital workflows to improve productivity.
• Presence and maturity: You are confident and credible in how you engage with clients, partners and other stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset: When blocked, you look for the next best move instead of waiting.
• Sector interest: A genuine interest in sustainability, recycling, circular economy, materials, manufacturing or climate-linked sectors.
• Location: Willingness to spend significant time in Pune, India. This is not a remote-first role.
• Support the Growth Manager in driving category sales across outreach, follow-ups, meetings, proposals and conversions
• Research and identify relevant brands, prospects, categories and partnership opportunities
• Build outbound pipelines through email, LinkedIn, calls, referrals and other creative channels
• Qualify leads, maintain CRM hygiene, track conversations and ensure timely follow-through
• Coordinate with internal teams to support sampling, onboarding, delivery timelines and client communication
• Help manage and grow existing B2B relationships to improve retention, repeat orders and customer satisfaction
• Prepare sales materials, pitch notes, meeting briefs and basic commercial documentation
• Track sales activity, pipeline movement and growth metrics and surface insights and opportunities to the team
• Stay on top of industry trends across sustainability, packaging, recycled materials and circular economy markets
• Represent Without® with credibility, clarity and conviction in front of clients, partners and other stakeholders
• Annual CTC: INR 3.6 to 6 lakhs, including potential variable compensation linked to performance
• ESOPs in the legal entity, subject to agreed terms and vesting
