Multi-layer plastic is plastic, aluminium, and dye, fused together. No one recycled it at scale because it cost more to separate than to landfill. Our process, chemo-mechanical and water-based at 120°C, costs less than landfill. And recovers 100% of the material in three engineering-grade streams.
