Growth Intern

At Without®, we’re scaling impact as fast as ambition – turning “unrecyclable” plastic into high-quality materials and products while pulling waste-pickers out of poverty.

We’ve built the tech, proven the demand, and now we need a Growth Intern who wants to learn how a real B2B growth engine runs – by helping run it.

This is part learning lab, part frontline experience. You’ll help turn conversations into collaborations, curiosity into deals, and raw data into action. One day you’re hunting leads and chasing follow-ups, the next you’re pulling together the numbers that tell us what’s actually working.

This is not a slow, comfortable internship with routine tasks.

It’s fast, it’s messy, and it’s urgent.

The Details

Experience & Curiosity: Currently pursuing or recently graduated in business, marketing, sustainability, data or a related field. Prior exposure to Inbound & Outbound sales, outreach, funnel management or analytics (through internships, projects, or student clubs) is a plus, but attitude matters more than experience.
Energy & Initiative: A young, energetic go-getter who loves people, purpose, and the chase. You live for that moment when someone says, “Yes, let’s do this.”
Growth & Sustainability: Passionate about growth and sustainability – not just the buzzwords, but the work. You believe that good business can also be good impact.
Multitasking Mastery: You can multitask like a pro – one eye on a follow-up, the other on a new lead and a tab open on the dashboard. You stay organised, proactive and focused on outcomes..
AI & Automation Curious: You’re AI-curious – comfortable using ChatGPT, LinkedIn tools, spreadsheets or automation platforms to supercharge your hustle and outreach.
Brand & Representation: You vibe with cool, conscious brands and can represent Without® with confidence, clarity and authenticity. You know how to make purpose sound powerful, not preachy.
Opportunity Hunter: You don’t wait for opportunities – you hunt them. You ask smart questions, build genuine connections, and move fast with intent.
Start-Up Mindset: Thrives in ambiguity, solves problems creatively and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty.

Scout & Hunt: Identify and reach out to potential brands that align with Without® – from cool, conscious startups to established impact-driven names. You’ll be the eyes and ears spotting opportunities before anyone else does.
Feed the Funnel: Support the full top of the funnel – from research and lead lists to outreach and follow-ups. You’ll keep leads warm, relationships genuine and conversations moving.
Track & Analyse: Help track outreach activity, funnel movement and growth metrics, and pull together the simple reports that show the team what’s working and what isn’t.
Collaborate & Build: Work closely with the Growth team to strengthen Without®’s B2B engine. From outreach campaigns to client decks, you’ll help shape how we grow.
Spot Trends & Leads: Track market trends, identify emerging sustainability players, and chase that one lead no one else noticed. Your curiosity will be your competitive edge.
Grow With Purpose: You’ll help Without® grow – and we’ll help you grow faster. Expect to learn by doing, experiment boldly, and build skills that last far beyond this internship.

A monthly stipend of 15,000. If money is the most important metric for you, please don’t apply.
DurationInternship duration will be of 3 months, based on the performance it can be extended, terminated or converted into permanent employment.
