Eyewear · VerdiFLX™ B75I
Frames made from chip packets - the plastic almost nothing else can recycle. Virgin-grade performance, polarised lenses, fully customisable, and a chain of custody you can follow from waste-picker to wearer.
The category problem
Bio-acetate that does not biodegrade in nature. Recycled nylon at 30% that gets downcycled on the next loop. Bamboo temples glued to a virgin-plastic frame. The category is full of half-truths, and your customers have started checking.
The harder problem is upstream. Recycled feedstock that actually performs is scarce, and demand for it is rising far faster than supply - so brands end up choosing between a story and a product. We started at the other end: the waste nobody else can process, which means the feedstock is effectively unlimited and effectively free.
What sets it apart
VerdiFLX B75I is engineered to go head to head with virgin plastic on every metric that matters. Here is what is under the hood.
Made from metallised multilayer plastic - the chip packets and sachets almost nothing else can process. We recover the polyolefins at 100-120°C, in water, with no organic solvents.
Elongation at break of 150% under ISO 527-2, with a tensile modulus of 1100-1300 MPa. Frames that flex when they need to, hold their shape when they don't, and survive the drop you didn't mean to take.
TAC lenses, fully polarised, UV400 certified. A real product, not a story dressed up as one.
Ten cycles against two to three for standard recycled plastic. Replicated three times in our own lab; independent validation is in progress.
224 out of 224 clear, independently tested. The compliance file your procurement team usually has to chase already exists.
Injection-moulded on conventional machines. No retooling for your manufacturing partner. Physical traceability end to end - no mass-balance accounting, no certificates standing in for material.
In the wild
The frame, worn, what it is made of, and what it looks like at the end of the day.

White-label ready. Fast-turn prototypes. Flexible order quantities, because we know what a high minimum does to a challenger brand.
How it works
Most partners want one or two of these. Some want all six. Both work.
An existing design, a new concept, or a sentence. "Oversized, never been done, sustainable" is a valid brief.
Sketches, 3D renders, printed prototypes. Or start from one of our off-the-shelf shapes.
Design, manufacture, validation. One partner, one quote, one timeline.
The right VerdiFLX grade for the application, balanced properly against finish and cost.
In-house injection moulding, QA on every batch, fast turnarounds and order quantities that suit where you actually are.
Colour, gloss or matte, logo, packaging, QR code. Ready to ship.
Made Without®
Buying the material is one thing. The mark, the batch certificates, the QR story, the export documentation and the co-marketing are the part your customers actually see.
Independently tested
Before you ask
Flexible. We know what a high minimum does to an emerging brand, and we have built for it. Tell us the volume you are actually working with and we will find a fit.

Yes. The VerdiFLX B75I eyewear-grade TDS is available on request, along with the REACH, RoHS and validation reports.
Frames and other VerdiFLX products have gone out under Logitech, Accenture, Volvo, Tetra Pak, Hapag-Lloyd, the WEF, the UN and the Indian Navy, among others.
Send them back. The same material goes round again - ten times over, without losing its properties. That is the whole point of the chemistry.
Frames your customers wear because they want to, not because they feel they should.
