Introducing VerdiFLO™ · textile-to-textile recycled polyester

Virgin-grade recycled polyester yarn, made from the soiled, grimy textile waste the world throws away.

Performance-grade recycled polyester yarn, regenerated from post-consumer, torn, dirty and blended textile waste. The streams not even the recyclers want.

Introducing VerdiFLO™

Recycled polyester with no scientific compromise, and no human compromise.

Mechanical recycling downgrades the fibre. Bottle-to-fibre takes feedstock from a loop that already worked. Mixed fabrics - polycotton blends, garment rejects, soiled rags - are treated as unrecyclable and burned.

We take those streams, return them to monomer, and rebuild. Our first polymerisation run reached yarn-grade intrinsic viscosity, first attempt, with no formulation tuning. That is the bar we are working from, not the bar we are hoping to reach.

0.654 dl/g intrinsic viscosity against a 0.640 ±0.01 yarn spec. First attempt.
BDL 4-CBA in the monomer, the impurity that caps chain length during polymerisation.
~40% of the feedstock - the fraction that is not polyester - becomes VerdiMIX. Nothing is wasted.
VerdiFLO

Virgin parity

It spins like the yarn you already buy.

It matches virgin PET chemistry closely enough to run on virgin polyester equipment with no process re-tuning, which is normally where a recycled yarn falls down.

Tenacity is the row we are behind on, and it is in the table. Intrinsic viscosity sits a fraction under. Everything else is at virgin or better. Raw white and dope-dyed spun are both confirmed.

The first grade

A starting point, not a ceiling.

The grade is where we start, not where we stop. During the pilot we co-develop the spec to your construction, your hand-feel, and your knit or weave. Your spec, our chemistry.

Already suited toPerformance tops, base layers, polos, fleece, technical shells.
ColourDope-dyeable. The colour goes into the melt, so it does not wash out or fade off.
First commercial runDecember 2026. Faze3 spinning trials already complete.
Composition~73% recycled - from 100% recycled VerdiPTA and virgin MEG. Never 100%, and we say so.

For your compliance team

Risk reduction, not a feel-good story.

Three things they can actually put in a report.

100%Physical traceability Every batch, every kilogram, from waste source to finished cone. Not mass-balance accounting. Audit-ready evidence for CSDDD and UFLPA diligence.
-0.47kg CO₂e per kg Against +1.8 to +2.0 for virgin PE and PP. ISO 14044 LCA, April 2026, at 5 tonnes per day, with the waste-diversion credit. Independent critical review planned. A Scope 3 reduction you can report.
2-3xWages, and a formalised chain Every kilo handled by former informal waste-workers now in full employment, with ESOPs and health insurance. Forced-labour exposure reduced, not added.

Where it comes from

A patented depolymerisation plant in Pune.

At the centre of one of the world's largest textile-waste flows.

In

Textile waste

Soiled, torn, blended. Polycotton, garment rejects, post-consumer apparel that mechanical recyclers turn away.

Process

VerdiCycle™

Chemo-mechanical, 100-130°C, water-based. Followed by a patented purification step with no recrystallisation.

~60%

VerdiPTA™

Purified monomer, then polymerised and spun into VerdiFLO - virgin-parity yarn.

~40%

VerdiMIX™

The non-polyester residual, compounded into tiles and planks. Nothing is wasted.

Scale

Capital-efficient and modular

Built to be replicated. As your programme grows we add capacity to meet the volume. Plant 1 is the template, not the ceiling.

IP

3 granted, 5 pending

Covering the VerdiCycle process, the purification step and the material outputs. A defensible supply chain, not just a supplier.

How we would work together

Four steps, no leap of faith.

01

Technical call

Your spec, our chemistry, an honest read on fit. No commitment either way.

02

Sample qualification

Yarn in your lab, on your machines, against your standards. Not ours.

03

Pilot run

A first commercial run, co-developed to your grade.

04

Multi-year offtake

Committed volume that scales as we build capacity together.

Verified, traceable, accountable

Certified progress.

B-Corp certified2025.
100% recycled VerdiPTA The monomer is fully recycled. The glycol is virgin, which is why the yarn is ~73% and not 100%.
3 patents granted, 5 pending Process, purification step and material outputs.
ISO 14044 LCA April 2026. Independent critical review planned.
GRS / RCSIn progress.
REACH / RoHSIn process for this grade.
Commercial consistency Batch-to-batch consistency work is ongoing at pilot scale. We publish data as it is, not as we would like it to be.

Now selecting launch partners.

A small number of pilot partners for the first commercial runs in December 2026. Limited LOI commitments available. Your spec, our chemistry, an honest read on fit.
